Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all service engagements and digital product purchases made through SQB Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing any service or product from SQB Labs LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to read this document carefully before initiating any transaction.

1. Refund Policy

SQB Labs LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been delivered or work has not yet commenced.
  • Once a service has been fully delivered or work has started, refunds are not applicable.
  • Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if a portion of the agreed deliverables has been completed.
  • Digital products (templates, downloadable assets) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service engagement subject to the following terms:

  • Clients can request cancellation before project work begins without penalty. A full refund will be issued in accordance with Section 1.
  • Once the project has started (including discovery, planning, design, or development phases), cancellation may not be possible. Any payments made will be retained to compensate for work already completed.
  • For ongoing or subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@sqblabs.com.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved by SQB Labs LLC:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
  • Depending on your bank or payment processor, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Services where work has commenced or been delivered in full.
  • Digital downloads or templates once access has been granted.
  • Rush or expedited service fees.
  • Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party API or software licenses) incurred on the client's behalf.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of account access and pursuit of recovery as permitted by law.

6. Changes to This Policy

SQB Labs LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
