We are happy to execute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
Payment terms for services are as specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. SQB Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Our website and public-facing informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
